2. How to Initiate a Return

6. Sale and Clearance Items
Items purchased during a sale or on clearance are eligible for return, as long as they meet the return eligibility criteria. However, these items are not eligible for exchanges, and refunds may be processed at a reduced price based on the original purchase amount.
7. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
8. International Returns
For international orders, we accept returns under the same conditions as domestic orders, but the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties and taxes on international returns are non-refundable.
